Who we are

What we collect

• What you type into a form: usually your name, phone, email and a short message.
• Nothing else on purpose. We do not run advertising trackers or sell-your-data cookies on this site.

How it reaches us

This site is hosted by Cloudflare. When you send a form, it is delivered to our email by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your browser's address as any website does. None of these companies receive your information to market to you.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you and to do the work you asked for. We don't sell it, rent it or share it with anyone except where you ask us to (for example, an insurer or the Marketplace when you apply) or the law requires it.

Your choices

• Calls, texts and email. We contact you only about what you asked for. Reply STOP to any text or "stop" to any email and we won't contact you that way again. Agreeing to be contacted is never a condition of getting help.
• See or delete your information. Email [email protected] and we will tell you what we hold and remove what we are not required to keep.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that never become clients are deleted after 18 months. Client records are kept as long as the law or our professional rules require (for example, 7 years for bookkeeping records), then deleted.

Security

Our records are kept on our own computers in our office, not in an online database. We never ask for passwords, Social Security numbers or bank logins by email or web form.
